The Personal Folder(Reps)
This facility allows for Home Workers Directory members complete flexibility in accessing our
services to update their details and for Gold and Platinum and Featured Members
to produce their Web Page using our user friendly web page wizard program.
Immediately any changes that are made by Home Workers Directory members through their Personal
Folder these will be updated to our database and published online. There are
no restrictions on how many times the Personal Folder can be accessed, or how
many changes are made.

Profile Home
This area is where you can access your "Personal Folder home page", there will
be list of all the services which you can access depending on your level of
membership.
Gold members have full access to all services, and from the "Personal Folder"
facilities they can manage their account, access the Web Page Wizard to produce
their business web page , update their page anytime, and republish to Home Workers Directory
web site to be promoted to our web site visitors.
Personal page
This area allows you to produce your web page, using our web page wizard programme
you produce your web page, you can enter your details, information about you
and your business, upload images and after you are satisfied with the results
you can submit your web page.

Private Message
Services(PM)
Through your Personal Folder you can securely review messages posted to you,
and respond to questions from those looking for "their local Avon Representative",
to find out more about business opportunities, or who are questions relating
the Avon company and products. You will be notified by email of any PM posted
to you. Do ensure that your email is a current, and that you allow emails from
@Home Workers Directory.co.uk otherwise you will not be alerted to any postings.
All who contact you through the Private Message Services must
first register, and validate their emails. This ensures that we can monitor
that there is no abuse to the system by users simply being able to post without
registering and provided valid email address and contact details .Anyone found
using the Private Messenger in such a way will be banned from using the PM.
It is up to you to report and notify Home Workers Directory of any abuse via
the contact form, or send an email abuse@Home Workers Directory.co.uk We do believe that with
the need of registration, illicit use, will be minimal, and the PM services
will be used for its intended purposes. For the use of contacting 'Avon Representatives'
to ask questions about the company and products, and self-employed/home business
opportunities.
Change Password
Through the Change Password facility you can change your User ID and Password.
To change, first you must enter existing User ID and Password to "login". This
facility is useful as it allows you to regularly change your Passwords to ensure
your security and that no-one else can access your account.
Once you have entered your new User ID and Password and press the submit button
the new User ID and Password must be used to access your Home Workers Directory account.
Business Details
From the Business Details link you can view your contact address, email, telephone,
fax. You can also update your Package from this area of your Personal Folder.
Logout
To log out of your account you click on this link, you will then be accessing
Home Workers Directory site pages and facilities as a non-member, and as such you will have
limited privileges, you will need to login to access your account. .
Further Notes
Lost Password
You can request a reminder of your Password and User ID
at any time from entering your email
address, so do be sure that you have registered with a current email address.
when you have clicked the FORGOT PASSWORD you will be sent to another page which
you will need to ensure you put the REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS that you used to
REGISTER in first instance or you wont get a REMINDER from the site hence why it
is so important that you don't forget to keep your Personal Data up to date !

Current Email
The "Lead Form"
is linked to your email address, if this is
not current then you will not be notified of any
"Leads", or
"Postings"
made to you through your Private Messenger Service
(PM). It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal details are
filled in correctly. Posnet Global Directories will not take any responsibility
for loss of data from the site due to members not keeping their personal details
up to date. Also please note that this also includes the up to date listings of
your areas- post codes - that you have chosen to work within . If you are a
Sales Leader that is prepared to sign up on a NATIONAL LEVEL then you please
need to inform us of this giving us your complete details on email contact
details both email and phone so that if we get collected details we have no
Sales leader registered in we can contact you to offer you that lead which you
must contact within 3 working days or the details will be passed over to Avon
Cosmetics
